Duke Energy linemen(and -women), Response, and Hydo Central operating west of Haywood Coumty communicate on a conventional system left from Nantahala Power and Light. The system is licensed, has towers, is heard, and used in multiple counties. How should submiossions to the database be made? As a "Statewide" systyem, or by county?

Submit it for the county in which the towers are licensed...if it is licensed for Haywood then submit it for Haywood...we will sort out any other details...thanks!
