Duplicate Sites?

Can anyone provide info on why the RR site for Badger Mountain is now listed as 420 in addition to the original listing as site 145 (which is still on the list)? I can see that the frequency listing are different. Are there now two sites on the same mountain?

I can not receive the signal from Ft. Collins, so I am not sure which info is correct.

Badger Mtn near Lake George has a DTRS site 145 and an El Paso County P25 site as well, site 420.

Please advise if you need the tower files for either.
