EFJ 5317 version 200?

I have two older EF Johnson VHF 5317 radios that I would like to use for Civil Air Patrol, P25 conventional system. I believe these are first generation units. On start-up, they show "EFJ * V200". PCC 1.28.0.8 can read the version info and read the parameters but only at 9600 Baud Rate.

The version info shows;
File Format Version 5.5
DSP Software Version 5.28
HC08 Software Version 11.11
all others show Not Applicable.

I have not yet tried to download new codeplug from 1.20.0.8 as I am afraid that the file format may be incompatible.
Any advice from the experts here? What version of PCC should I use for these radios? Can the firmware be updated to something computable with 1.20?

Disregard. The V200 radios program just fine with PCC 1.28.0.8

These need to be programed at 9600 Baud. All other versions need to be anything except 9600 baud. PCConfig doesn't import newer version code plugs so if you are doing a lot of work to build a plug doing it with a version like your 1.28.0.8 lets you read that in on newer versions of PCConfig where you can write them out to new version radios.
