While visiting in the area tonight I noticed that Egg Harbor Township police have changed their encryption setting. They are now broadcasting their base in the clear while mobile units remain encrypted. This is on talkgroup 15101. Hopefully this will remain, and maybe other Atlantic County law enforcement agencies will follow suit.
