El Monte [CA] PD

El Monte PD's dispatch freq (470.9625) has got the control channel sound. All dispatching appears to be on their tac channel.

I wasnt reading any trunk data....just filler! It did say "Site 47 Alias GB" for a second...not sure what that is? Maybe they converted it to an MDT channel?

Any way to stop the interference from LB college PD? It gets real irritating when i'm trying to monitor El Monte PD(now that they are operating on ch. 1)

The Uniden Bearcat scanners will let you lockout a tone like 203.5 so it won't receive CSULB on 470.7125 MHz.

It's a Motorola SmartZone site then. It didn't display a system id?

I was reading packets program.....and my decode rate was 3% since it is so far away....could have been gobble e gook for all I know.
