i was looking around in the internet today about the mn digital system.
i read that there would be an installation of a tower on the great river enegery in elk river.

is this tower up and running. what are the control channels and other frequencies.

This tower is up and running, it is part of the Enfield simulcast site. The control channel is 851.8500.
