erasing alpha tag

On the 4th line of my 796D appears Conn. State Police when the screen is in ID Scan.
I sucessfully removed the alpha tag on line 4 thinking it would also be removed in ID scan screen but its still there. Are their any steps in removing the alpha tag on line 4?

Per your previous post, you deleted the "Bank List" tag. Now want you want to erase is the "ID List Tag". This selection is located at: menu ---> Scan Option ---> Trunk
