TRX-1: Errors- when trying tp update

Using Win 7
TRX-1 software ver 3.5
Last week - plug in cable. wait for the beep of recognition, device listed , then try to do updates, but the CPU when connecting to server says - waiting for USB
and waits and waits , then get a usb malfunction
Firmware updated ok
Library - ok last week
This week - but now when I go to update todays library says USB not recognized
USB malfunction with card reader or in the radio
under devices - sometimes list the TRX now its not
under PORTS now shows unknown USB device
when using card reader sometimes recognize ?
still no CPU access

MY 668 updates library ok - using 668 program - not trx

have latest VER software, when I do the CPU udate it asks for a com port - when the radio is plug in and the computer beeps that it recognized the device - yet doesn't show up in device manager, and I tried all 100 com ports selection cpu loader - whats next
