I heard some traffic on law enforcement north tac 3 about a street closure, didn't hear any streets mentioned and haven't heard anything since.

I found some communication between someone on the ground and ASTREA on ICS5...ill try and find which talkgroup the main communication is on.

Not California's fault the landlord didn't check on his renter. IMO they don't owe anything.
