Hey, everyone.... It is funny seeing my initial posts about ham radio, and what it takes to get in.. I was super pessemistic for sure!

Anyway, I have studied the ARRL book from cover to cover, and been through dozens of practice tests on the CD-ROM that came with the book.

The exam is at 0900 tomorrow, and I feel confident I can pass it!

If you understand what you have read and have memorized what your privileges as a tech would be you should have no problems passing. Just go through it once more after finishing and double check your answers. Just try to relax while taking the test and take your time

Relax and take your time and you'll do just fine.

After you pass the Tech exam, take the General test. It doesn't cost any more and you'll probably pass that as well. You have nothing to lose, even if you don't pass you'll get an idea of what you need to study up on.

I hope to meet you on the bands soon.

Passed the Tech! Missed 2. Tried the General, and missed 12 :(

Congrats Brother! Can't wait for you to get your call! :)
Knew you could do it. Don't worry about the General too much.
You accomplished the big 1st step with passing the tech.
General can be passed another day.
Rock on!

Congratulations! Post up when you get your call! give yourself a break from studying, and get on the air and enjoy it; then pickup studying for the general, you're already close to the pass point.

Thanks, everyone..... And yes, I am sure I will get one of the last few KJ4 callsigns... I just hope it has a nice ring to it! If not, I will apply for a vanity.
