External Speaker Solution for a 346xt

I recently sold off my BCT15x and now only have my portable. This is fine for listening the majority of the time, but there are instances where the volume is a bit..."lacking"...

So I'd like to get a speaker for my office but I have no idea where to start; any suggestions?

Just buy a cheap pair of desktop computer speakers and plug them into the headphone jack on the 346.

Yes, just that simple. The headphone output on the 346XT works just fine as the input to an amplifier. This is true of stereo output jacks in general, as well as mono ones except that a stereo amp will play in only one channel that way unless you use an adaptor.
