External speaker with a jack for line out - not in

I remember seeing a speaker which you could plug into a scanner headphone jack which had a volume control for the speaker and a line level output jack you could feed to a computer which was streaming the audio. I've searched, poorly, and cannot find it now.

Anyone remember this? It wasn't MFJ.

There are a number of models on Amazon that fit the bill.

You'd have to check into whether the volume control controls the Line Out or not.

"Line out" should preferably be connected before the volume control in the scanner, so that you can record the audio without actually listening to it at the time - playback and listen to the recording later. I use 'Scanrec' which records in stereo so you can record the output of two scanners.

I have a Cobra high gear speaker that has a headphone jack on the side. It's not powered, but my 200 drives it fine. The speaker has been around since my CB days. Google search I believe they're still around.
