I'm hearing the police directing "traffic" and delivery / escorting people / trucks / etc for the TV show Extreme Makeover on VB NCIC. My guess is there will be some traffic about the show to listen in on for the next week.

If close enough to the actual site, best bet is 450-470 Mhz for the Film Crew Frequencies.

In the neighborhood next to Lynnhaven Mall in Va Beach. In fact, you can probably see the mall from the house.
