Fairfax County Automated CAD Question

I apologize if this has been covered, but I could not find reference to it after multiple searches....

The Fairfax County Fire/EMS automated CAD will prepend a category to each call, such as "House Fire", "Inside Gas Leak" or "ALS Emergency"... Awhile back, I heard a new category, which sounds something like "Wisific" (rhymes with "Pacific").

Is this a system acronym or something else? What does it mean?

Sounds like lift assist to me. The First-In Evelyn voice just says it a bit quick.
