Not in Fauquier, but in neighboring Stafford it is used a few times a year at County events. Mostly heard crowd assistance and traffic control with Sheriff's deputies and event coordinators. Usually not encrypted. I record the Stafford trunk system using Proscan and see the event talk groups appear occasionally. I don't listen to Fauquier too much because I am at the edge of good enough reception (north Stafford).
