For the past week, I have been getting a system maintenance message when I try to do a license search. Anyone else having this problem?

Once in a while...the site sucks. Make sure you're using https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/General_Menu_Reports/index.cfm although that is not foolproof either, but a bit easier to navigate vs the even older interface.

I am able to do a callsign search with that link but not an advanced search by frequency and city (without looking up latitude and longitude or zip codes. Thanks for your help! Hopefully, the system will be back online sometime soon. I saved your link as a backup.
Been doing that for years and it hasn't changed
I'm still waiting for them to return the rest of the 1.25 meter band that they stole to give to UPS and UPS did nothing with.

Unfortunately, the 220 and 221 frequencies are now used by railroads for positive train control (PTC).

Amtrak? You need all the Class I RRs as well to die to get the PTC frequencies back.
If ya don't use it, ya lose it! Sad but true and that's coming from a ham/railroader!
