I made a deal with Daniel over a month ago.

As agreed, I sent him a USPS money order for a TK-280 with accessories. I sent the money order via USPS Priority on 2-12-07. he advised he received it on 2-15-07, and would get radio programmed and shipped by the following week. The money order has been cashed.

That date passed, and he promised another ship date, which also passed. This promise has now happened 4 times, and I don't have a radio.

I have attempted to phone him using numbers provided, and they have been disconnected. My repeated PM and email attempts over the last couple of weeks have been ignored.

He last posted here on 3-7 in a thread he started in the pics of your shack/mobile area.

I am very disappointed. I have made a bunch of deals both here, and on another hobby forum, and this is the first time I've had this kind of problem. This guy has had use of my money for a month, and I have nothing to show for it at all.

Daniel, it is time for you to contact me as I have repeatedly asked. You have my address, and a phone number where you can reach me 16 hours a day. I want my money refunded to me immediately via a USPS Money order.

I have filed a complaint with the USPS Postal Inspectors, and I was advised to also file a complaint with the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center, (IC3) which I am in the process of doing now.

Daniel, you still have a chance to rectify this. You need to contact me immediately and make arrangements to reimburse me, and I wil; also discuss with you retracting my complaints if we make an agreement, and you actually honor it this time.

The ball is in your court.

Was promised a tracking number for my refund by 1700 hours Tuesday.

Nothing as of yet, and no attempt to contact me since Tuesday.

Have you had any response from the Postal Inspectors? They're usually pretty aggressive.

I received a notice from them stating that they are investigating.

That is all the notice said, so I'm waiting to see what happens with them.

I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Internet crime complaint center, so we'll see where that leads.

I'm also looking for contact info for the county in which he lives, so I can send a letter to the District Attorney.

If anyone know what county Salisbury, North Carolina is in, please let me know. I'm also goggling it to find the name of the D.A. there.

I have officially filed a complaint with the Internet Crime and Complaint Center, which is ran by the FBI. They will be contacting the law enforcement in salisbury N.C. on my behalf.

Daniel, I have the ability to withdraw complaints if you ship me the radio, or refund my money.

Do the right thing.

I should think he owes you double your money back for putting you thru the aggravation of trying to collect the refund and for calling off the feds before he goes to jail.

Daniel called me on Wedensday, and told me he'd overnight me my money, and offered me the money order number over the phone. I told him to just email me the tracking number when he had it.

Well, once again, he didn't keep his promise. No money, or radio, and he didn't even email me the umbers, or respond to a PM asking what was up this time.

My patience is about out on this issue.

Time to file complaints with the local P.D. now.
