Anyone figure out who uses 9C5 yet? I have a strong signal coming in this morning on 162.8500. All Encrypted.

WHCA uses or did use this frequency. try google & you would be surprised what you may find out

ICE is the user for 162.8500 [mostly used as an input]

However $9C5 has been reported as two different agencies in NJ/NY
a.) FBI in the Atlantic City area 167.7750 Mhz
b.) US Postal Svc in the NYC Area 171.6875 Mhz

Keep listening, see if you get any OUTPUTS at the same time as the 8500 is active.

An amendment to the master NAC list: In NYC, an in-the-clear P25 transmission of an FPS patrol was using a NAC of 293.

it was reported as possible ATF
in this are 168.825 is FBI with NAC of 167

also, NAC 68F is being reported as being used on LE7
I will update the list when a couple more new ones are posted

An AZ CBP NAC?

Here's a new one from Arizona...

Listening to traffic on 171.1875 NAC 710 P25 clear and ECN.

Sounds like CBP: Bravo 206, Bravo 207 in the clear in the field, 850 Robert encrypted - using 10 codes similar to CBP ("10-50, 10-51, 10-52, on one" "10-3 that"). Running hispanic surnames by control number and mother's last name. They are on I-40 at Needlws CA and I'm in Prescott AZ. Must be a really wide area net!
