Can I add an Ambulance service frequency to my Audio Feed? I read the rules which state the Hippa Act. Does this mean "No I can't add it". This is not going to be a med. freq. It would be the FCC freq. for the ambulance service itself...

Yes, as long as its not a channel used for Ambulance to Hospital.
