North Landing is a great vantage point for Fentress, if the sun is in the east. When leaving town last week, I was hearing the Navy guys up to 9 or 9:30p and likely just drove out of range. Looks like the itinerary needs to be sunrise at Langley and sunset at Oceana ;-)
