Fire/EMS Help

Hello,

I was looking for some clarification on how the Alleghany county fire/EMS sections were split. North, South, East, West seems a little vague when I've always been used to Bower Hill, East Carnegie, Rennerdale etc. Can someone help on how to decipher the areas please?
