My bad, make that 154.160mhz. They do nightly testing so take a listen tonight sometime after 6pm. I get them full scale here in Kitchener with a ground elevation of 371M so I doubt there will be any issues in your area.

I am not receiving the MP3's any more on the emails? For Halton and Wellington? I get a email but no attachment
Looks like the machine had a failed attempt to shut down after an automatic update. That machine runs headless so I had no idea there was a problem until things went south with the paging.
I did a hard reset and was able to VNC into it again so it might be ok now. All the more reason for you to take Wellington and Halton.
