Firmware update issue on 966t

Hello all,

I am having some problems in getting my scanner updated. It says when powering up the unit before downloading info to hold the L/O key and the 6 key at the same time. Is there supposed to be a mode this puts the scanner into in doing this and is there supposed to be some sort of message that appears on the screen? When I do that to mine it just starts scanning as usual. Does it matter what baud rate that is choosen to transfer the update to the scanner? I am following the instructions I believe to the letter in getting this done and it is not working.

I figured out what the problem was, I was holding the L/O & 6 key after I turned it on. I tried holding those two together before I turned it on and that solved the problem. Update complete!
