I lived in Montgomery County until 2019. I still have relatives in NW DC.

The FIRST network has CCs' for Montgomery County, but I couldn't find any TG section for the county.

TIA

Montgomery County has their own TRS and doesn't use FIRST as their primary system. A few Eastern Shore and western Maryland counties do use FIRST as their primary system, thus have their own section in the RRDB for the FIRST system

The question would seem to be then, what MD 1st TG are programmed into MC radios and does Montgomery have its own set of TG to use on MD 1st but they are not listed yet? I know about the NIFOG channels they have programmed plus the RINS channels as well after reading the MC Radio One book for Fire. Does anyone know if there is a MC PD listing of the TG?

They will almost certainly have the MD FiRST interoperability zones (e.g. MD TAC) in their radios. They are not a primary user of FiRST, so they will consequently not have "its own set of TG" on the system; they will instead use the Montgomery County system.

As for that, agencies typically do have their internally published listing of talkgroups, but they are not generally released to the world, as they are for their own use alone.
