Fitipower FC0013 no 1090MHz ?!

I bout 10x Dongel which the Fitipower FC0013 to share the Data which Flightradar24.
Before i bought the Dongel i looking here:
Fitipower FC0013 22 - 1100 MHz (FC0013B/C, FC0013G has a separate L-band input, which is unconnected on most sticks)

What should be the Factory:

Its an rtl2823u on the board and FC0013.

Quoted from NooElec website, as the upper limit is only about 1100Mhz it is entirely possible that 1090Mhz is not present as it is very close to that upper limit. Every unit is a little different with respect to frequency ranges, I would suggest the R820T tuner which has an upper limit of 1750Mhz or the E4000 with an upper limit of 2300Mhz.

My FC0013 didn't do 1090 well at all. My E4000 was ok, but when I got the R820T it made a huge difference.
