FLDIGI Win7 and ICOM 7300 only half working help

FLDIGI shows its receiving but no data is showing on the screen. I have followed several ( albeit the same mostly) setups found online.
It does not seem to find the sound card yet the waterfall is showing reception.
Thoughts?
I also have Digipan installed. SSTV, FT-8 and they all work And see the radio/internal sound card.

Are you running FLRIG in conjunction with FLDIGI? Try that, and launch FLRIG first and ensure it is properly communicating / controlling the 7300.... then launch FLDIGI.

I have tried FLRIG first then FLDIGI. Will try again and see.
