fleet id help for nj

hello i was on the www.bearcat1 website and came across this www.bearcat1.com/fleetnj_files/nj.htm my question i printed it out got 6 pages, looking at this where it shows fleet id i see the normal tgid's but up top what are these numbers 000-1 -000-015 and 400-1 - 400-15 i do not see anything thing like this here at rr in the database,i searched pretty good with no luck, where would these be and how would i set this up i have the nj system set up to recieve the normal tgid's but have no clue as to what these others id's are and how to set this up to recieve them, any help on this thank you in advance

Those tg ids appear to be for a type 1 mot system. I suspect that the info is out of date.

Yeasrs ago the NJSP was a type I Motorola system. Those IDs were valid then.
