OPP here have had a 10-3 in effect for their Fleetnet OPS groups since 7 PM and have all switched to SIM11. I believe dispatch advised the 10-3 would be in effect until 12:30 AM or so. So far I've heard Mike, Bravo, Kilo, and Hotel units on SIM11. 1Bravo may be mixed in with 5Bravo as I heard someone get dispatched to the 401. URBAN and BEAT repeaters are also 10-3. They may still be working, as I heard one poor unit who missed the 10-3 start transmitting on OPS37.

Since there was a scheduled time for them to switch back to OPS, I'm guessing this is maintenance.

EDIT: Stupid muscle memory made me type 10-13 all the while when I meant 10-3.

I just noticed this also, this evening I was hearing Halton EMS on the Halton EDACS systems, I guess they are being patched with a provincial common frequency. For anyone in the area they are coming thru on the AMB Admin T/G on Halton talk group 10-121.
