I need any body here in Tallahassee to help figure out a new system.

The other day I was scanning on my PRO 97 and picked up a control channel of 408.25.
After having no luck finding any audio on other frequencies in the general range I started to search using my PRO 96 and so far have one 410.525.

This scanner (PRO 96) is showing that it is decoding a digital signal. Right now I am trying to find any other voice channels and the information to monitor this system.

That is why I am asking any body local with a digital scanner to help out in the hunt.

Thanks all.

Update
So far I have..
System ID: A734
Control: 408.2500
Digi voice on: 406.6125, 408.8125, 409.8125, and 410.5250

8 PM Update: To me it sounds like FCI off of Capital Circle

New System

That system is in the database as an "Unidentified Federal System" in Leon County. The frequency is in the Federal Land Mobile band and is, indeed, probably the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) on Capitol Circle. I am in Fort Walton Beach, but get to Tallahassee on business often. Next time I will listen for the system on my BC996T and see if if it is the prison.

I was getting the feeling that it was FCI by some of the terms being used.

I had submitted my information I had prior to posting in here; take a look at the time stamp in the history.

Right now I am trying to figure out how to figure out the Base Frequency, Offset, and Side Step.

try 406.000 for the base, 380 for the offset and 12.5 khz for the step size. This is typical of the military 400mhz systems. It might work for this one.
