RadioReference does not have support staff for these kind of issues, and that email address forwards elsewhere; it's strictly a software issue, we merely provide the database and the API the software uses to access the database.
To repeat... he needs to contact Butel; this is an issue with their software.
Thanks for that additional info. That RadioReference wiki page isn’t very clear. So no one from RadioReference Support staff reads emails sent to that address.
Maybe someone can add the BuTel contact info to that wiki page posted in the above post.
