Freescan-changing audio type to read "search" for a block of freq's/talkgroups at onc

Searched and couldn't find the answer, although I'm sure it's been asked before. The title says it all. I don't even see a search option, just analogue, digital, and all under audio type. I know how to change blocks of freq's/ talk groups at once, just don't see the "search" option anywhere. TIA TT.

If you're asking about PL/DPL tone search, it's in the "Tone" dropdown, it's in the middle between the PL and DPL tones.

If you're talking about the analog/digital, just keep it set to "All"

Sorry, I guess I was talking about pl/dpl search. I guess there's no way to set a group of freq's to search all at the same time?

I'm not sure if there's a way to set a group of frequencies to "Search" at the same time, but if you click in the Tone box of the first frequency you want to set to "Search", all you have to do is hit the S key to change it to "Search". If you hit Enter it will go to the next line keeping the Tone box in focus where you can hit S again, and so on. You can fly through quite a few frequencies in a row this way, I just changed 70 in about 10 seconds.

For P25 you need to have "SRCH" in the NAC Box.

You can select a bunch of channels at the same time and convert them to Search. Just do Ctrl+Shift to select, hold down Ctrl and select Search from the tone drop down menu.
