Freescan: freescan import

trying to use freescan ,when i hit import radioreference jumps ,when i try my password login ,i just get an error message, new to scanners...

What scanner are you trying to update? Freescan didn’t work for all scanners

Sign in first. Look at this video.
Only thing I can add is at the Com port setting window, get used to always clicking Start Auto to find the com port.

No. When working correctly, you can run FreeSCAN, editing and importing systems as desired, without ever connecting the scanner to your PC.

Are you getting any specific error messages?

Yes, it won't let me import from radio reference, I get a log in error. (see pic)

Fixed it, I was using the wrong user name DUH!!!!!
