Frequency hopping?

Since using an SDR I have noticed random blips that show up in the waterfall display. Is this some type of frequency hopping system?

The screenshot below shows ~190 kHz of spectrum from Winrad. I drew the red circles around the blips so you can see what I'm referring to. The other activity you see (non-highlighted) is mostly USB voice and some Link-11 data.

Could be the Feds are near by... :lol:

The stuff they use would require a TSCM specialist to know for sure.


Or... you have lightning in your area. :lol:
