As This website grows close to 200,000 members i think it would be nice for those of us to be able to report the passing of close friend's on and off the forum,To leave a nice comment about someone close to us here on the forum or otherwise should someone we know on here unfortunately pass away...Like a friend's remembered page.Or if some people would like to post a short story about an elmer that helped them get into the hobby are now passed on..Just a thought..73's
Or should we have a scanner to kick the bucket...LoL just kidding..But it would be sad as well..

memorial page....

We are of a similar mind-set - a few years back, I created a memorial page for the little-mentioned myriad of workers at Kennedy Space Center and although way behind, i gradually am catching up. It is at http://goflight.org and another one at http://high-flight.org for Astros.. I also started one called http://silentkeys.org, for hams but never had time to fully develop it.. :-(

There is a site called http://legacy.com where you can search national obits for keywords like "amateur radio" quite successfully..

If i can help with my formats, let me know..
