Fring episode 6995 KHz

I was looking through my TV schedule and saw Fring on fox with title '6995 khz'. It sounds like the show is about 15 people after listening to that frequency on there shortwave radio suffered amnesia hmmmm. I dont recall ever suffering amnesia from listening to shortwave. I wonder if there is something significant about that frequency that they used 6995 for the title, it airs thursday night i will have to watch, mabe I will listen for pirates broadcasting thursday night
