They are on the harrowsmith Tower. Which is just north of kingston on hwy 38, on the east side.
The frequencies and talkgroups are the ones that Mciuapa has mentioned.

They are dispatched from Kingston CACC, from a dispatch center in the city.
It covers south eastern Ontario.
You will hear other MOH vehicles from time to time entering the talkgroup from
other districts, mainly patient transfers from Hotel Dieu and KGH.

Also i would keep 150.100 in your scanner. There is radio traffic from time to time on this freq. Sometimes 7-2-x medevac copter

It's been ages since I had my BCT8 so unfortunately I can't step you thru it... However you should be able to download the manual from Unidens website. You want to set it up as a VHF Motorola Type II system. You will need the frequencies listed above as well as the base, step and offset (available on the Fleetnet database page).

Yes, the 'dec' column is the talkgroup ID (in decimal format). I believe the BCT8 may only accept one base frequency, so just put in the first one listed. Directions should be in the manual.

Page 45 of the manual gives it step by step. Just follow in exact order what it says. You should see on your scanner the examples that the manual shows, except you will put in the particular Base, Space, and Offset numbers required for Fleetnet. When you get done the first set it should change to a little "2" at the top of the scanner display and be ready for the next set, and then the third after that. But as Forts says, you only need the first set. There are only one or two towers or something like that where they have a need for the second, but there is no harm in putting in all three if you choose.

(Isn't it Mowat in Zone 1 that has one or two frequencies that need the second set??)

Do you get the noise on 142.6 or 142.59? And then do you have to make it scan to hear some voice traffic? If so it would sound like you have something not set right and it is not getting the Control Channel when in trunk mode and you are only able to scan in conventional. In that case you hear the data noise when it stops on that frequency.

Or do you hear the voice traffic but with a lot of static when in conventional and get nothing when in trunk mode? If that is the case then maybe you are not getting good enough signal for the scanner to lock on to the Control
Channel when in trunk mode, hence you hear nothing because it is not tracking it. Maybe you need a better antenna.

In Zone 2, the second table entry is required only in the extreme Southeastern corner of the region.
The Vankleek Hill (VANKLK) tower uses 152.000 for one of its voice frequencies.

Hey I never noticed that before. Will have to check my radios to see if that is programmed in.
