FRS Channel Order Anomoly

When I download the FRS frequencies into Sentinel, the do no appear in the correct sequential order. Starts with 1, the 10, 11, 12 ...... 19, then 2, 21, 22, etc. I have tried sorting them withe Channel Number bar at the top of Seninel, but when I load them into the radio they load out of order again. I've tried putting a leading zero before the 1 and 2 to make them 01 and 02, but sorting still seems to be incorrect when they get to the radio. Maybe I am missing a step. Has anyone else experienced and fixed this? Thanks.

As I mentioned, I tried that, but it did not work. I'll play around with it a bit more.
