Respective values... for full spectrum scan, you probably want to use wildcard (FF) for at least the site and possibly even the RFSS.
Full Spectrum will search and (try to) find an active control channel frequency when you go out of range if you were in full spectrum when you went 'out of range' (or if you manually switched to the full spectrum knob position/configuration). However, if you want FSS to find a different site on that system, you'll need to have the specific RFSS and sitevalues set to what you are searching for or use wildcards for those two settings.
