I am looking for the 2m 70cm Repeaters for the Fulton Ky area,. I am trying to gather up a listen of repeaters along the Amateur Rail Route to Hammond, La. If anyone can help it would be deeply appreciated and of course with my THANKS.

If you're the county EC I can't imagine why you don't own a Repeater Directory, or why ARRL has not already furnished this information to you. Not trying to be a smart aleck but this information is the kind of stuff that any ARRL official would have to have on hand to do his job.
yes i do own a directory.It did not show anything for the Fulton,KY area
