Did anyone hear where the gas explosion was?

I caught the Life Flight Ops, TGID 17280, call to send the chopper out there. Also heard them when they were about 26 minutes out from the burn center with the victim. 26 year old male with 3rd degree burns over 95%. Never heard where they went. Durning the call to send the chopper out there were no ground units on scene and they were discussing their concerns about landing near the fire. (Was guessing a gas or oil rig maybe went up?)

Update: 0848hrs

2nd Life Flight chopper inbound to the U of U, 45 minutes out, with second victim. This guy put out the first guy that caught on fire. 14% second degree burns.

Until your post, I didn't know anything about it. I usually get my news from KUTV's Web site and they did not have anything about that. Everyone seems absorbed in that bridge collapse in Minneapolis. There was another freeway bridge collapse in Calif. on the same day and it barely garnered honorable mention in the news. At first I thought you were talking about that fire north of Dugway (very strange that one).

This Happened in Wellington (4 miles souttheast of Price) it was a Co2 fire on nine mile canyon road up by peter's point don't know where that is for sure but it was hard getting radio communications up there it happened between like 5-7am that morning, cops said it would take the ambulance 2 hrs to get up there so they called out lifeflight. Just as everyone was getting there they found out they had a second victim so they called out another chopper. The first victim was reported to be burned 100% of his body and shallow breathing with time between getting further apart thats all i know until lifeflight came on with conditions. There is a lot of gas wells up there so probably thats what went up.
