Here's a dump of 80+ talk groups on GATRRS that do not have alpha tags / labels. I've sorted them by activity. The first 4 or so should be easier to identify.

Talkgroups will come and go and I usually don't submit an update with a few hits. We really need to know what they are before crowding the listing with a bunch of unverified information. I've often found that bad reception can lead to a false talkgroup.

1273 is encrypted so not likely to be ID'd. 14, 15, and 16 are in the clear.

1273 belongs to EMS, is encrypted prob some admin frequency. 14,15.16 all those lower numbers belong to water/wastewater.

If it's encrypted for EMS, I'd presume either related to STAR Flight (some of their comms are encrypted) or their tactical medics.

-14 15, 16, 17, 25 and 46 are Austin Water/Wastewater, they appear to have a block from 2-53
-103, 121, 128, 129, 130 and 146 are all Austin Energy, they appear to have a block from 100-172
-16290 is used by the radio shop; they look like they use the block from 16287-16294
-7436 is probably TX DOT HERO, and is probably encrypted as a result; 7444 is also TXDOT but unknown use, they appear to have a block from 7400-7450
-1416 is ATCEMS MCOM 13, they used it last week for the active attack training. its not encrypted but MCOM 15 and MCOM 16 are (1418,1419)
-1156 is Austin FD Admin channel 501 (bank 5, channel 1 on their radios) or AT FD ADM501, not encrypted, gets used for vacation/PTO scheduling among other admin generic uses.
-1155 is Austin FD SOPS503 used by Special Operations, and is now encrypted.
-1125 is Austin FD PREV504 used by Prevention; 1129 is Austin FD PREV507
-1243 is St Davids Cedar Park Hosp
-1270-1272 are assigned to ATCEMS but unknown what they do. ATCEMS also uses TGIDs in this general block range for hospitals so these may be reserved or used by smaller clinics.
-2554 is the Travis County Constable Emergency channel
-Anything from 2982-3075 belongs to UT
-3278 is TC ESD08 A
-3294 is TC ESD04 A, which should be depreciated, but probably still exists in older radios that have not been reprogrammed in a few years.
-3364-3379 looks to be part of the new bank of encrypted LE channels that were added from Chief Manley's push to go encrypted. I have heard bits and pieces that these are referred to as AT PD LE 16 through AT PD LE 31 but cannot confirm any of that. All are encrypted but you can watch FD, EMS and APD George units associate/talk on these TGIDs anytime there is a protest downtown on a trunk tracker. EMS will usually be on 1 TGID, FD another and George units will often go to "LE 25" (3373) which also sometimes gets referred to as the "special events" channel.
-3520 is ST Edwards PD channel 2; 3521 also belongs to them but do not know what they call it.
-4670 belongs to Cedar Park PD and is encrypted
-4750 belongs to Round Rock PD, is their emergency channel and is not encrypted.
-RRISD PD has a block from 4794 (their dispatch channel) through 4802, the others are probably tac or event channels not yet used.
-4810 is Georgetown Public works emergency channel

TGID 1288 - This is the station/portable alerting channel for ATCEMS; every EMS station has a dedicated radio that monitors this for station alerting; also portable radios can get alerted via this TGID. Its only alert data so not worth monitoring, the voice traffic goes out on 1291. If you have a trunk tracker, you can see the EMS base stations alerting with the following UID blocks: 13824-13869 and 10571601-10571700. You can also watch the alert page outs on the logs in real time if you add the UIDs below.

the 105716xx UID block are where these station radios will eventually be migrated to. 10571601 will be Medic 1, 1602 will be Medic 2, etc. 1661 will be Demand 1, 1662 is Demand 2....

UID 10570471 is a ATCEMS portable radio assigned as a personal radio to a senior medic or a supervisor-most likely a captain. I have only heard that radio key up unencrypted in the past 2 years when doing an active shooter drill.

Here is what the station/portable alerting looks like on Pro96Com

First one is ATCEMS District Command 5 getting station alert (10569094), DC05 assigned portable alert (10569805) along with their personal portable radio (10570210)

Second is ATCEMS Medic 33 station (10569015), and both assigned portables (10569233-Portable A and 10569333-Portable B)

There is a problem with the Database. 852.857 is not a legit frequency, it would receive interference from 851.850, even if it was 851.86525 with a 6.25 kHz spacing it would still get bleed over from 851.850.

It is 852.875. Good catch. Database is updated.
