I am looking aby GIS files for the St Francois County, MO area that I can in planning for the "What ifs".Ant help would be greatfully appreciated a lot.

You'll have to do some research, maybe the county assessor website or a MO land surveyor website that will have GIS files and information.

I thought the search I posted (not including the humor) was pretty straight to the point and the third link down was EXACTLY what he asked about. I don't know how many other sources the OP is looking for.

I have been studying the St. Francois GIS and surrounding areas for about four years. Amazing all the mines in St. Francois.

I just found this forum, because I am looking for HAM training.
I know we use to have a place in Bonne Terre, but because of the expansion of 67 looks to have moved.

Know anything about ARRL training in St. Francois?

As far as I know there are no training class in the St Francois County area. But the Eastern Ozarks Amateur Radio Club has testing on the second Saturday of each month at 2pm

Next month our meeting with be held at one of the Bonne Terre City parks.

If I can help in anyway please let me know Also where are you in St Francois County, I am in Park Hills, MO,

I have been working in fixed wireless for 12 years now, mostly FCC Part 15.
Our industry association, the Wireless Internet Service Providers, has just started up a nationwide ARRL group and I want to get my license ;-)

Also would be good to have, especially in this area. Lots of faults and mines. When the New Madrid decides to wake up, this area is going to have its share of problems, IMHO.
