Glastonbury APCO-25

Has anyone had any luck listening to the new Glastonbury Police/Fire system? I haven't yet figured out how to program an APCO-25 system. Is it more than just entering the 856.96250 frequency as APCO-25? I have a Uniden BCD396T.

I Have A 396T, Had J&S Program It, Comes In Much Clearer Than When It Was Conventional.
