I've been happy with my experiences at Communications Electronics (usascan.com) and Scanner Master (scannermaster.com). I've also heard very good things about Scanners Unlimited (scannersunlimited.com).

My experiences with Scanner World (scannerworld.com) and AES (aesham.com) have been frought with rude salepeople, and in some cases, over-priced equipment. Keep in mind that I haven't bought anything from these places in years because of this.

I'll second that about Communications Electronics (usascan.com). I've purchased 3 scanners from them in the last year and each transaction was flawless, and extremely fast.
