GPS Lat & Long for Orange Co.

Looking for Lat and Long for Orange County TRS. Used info on wiki page, and its not working. Info used is as follows
332523.916 -1172329.832 30 miles.
Using Garmin Etrex GPS. all other systems programmed seam to work fine.

There are many sites for the OC TRS, but the site controllers are at Loma Ridge near the Highway 241 and 261 split in Orange.
