Is this one, OOP. Does it have a SD card? Is it one the market yet? Universal Radio says DEC/Jan time frame. Any idea on the price????

Yes, OOP but only analog Trunking. No SD card. I usually refer folks to the Wiki, but in this case someone incorrectly copied and pasted the PSR-400 Wiki and retitled it the PSR-410.

Thanks. Lot of good info. Trying ro guide my best half towards a Xmas gift for me. Would love a digital one, but a 410 or a 700. would be fine.

It's the mobile version of the PSR-310, I just updated the PSR-310 Wiki page, PSR-310 - The RadioReference Wiki .
These are 'non digital' versions of the PSR-500 and PSR-600. Also no V-scanner option in the PSR-310/410.
