gre 600 error code

Hi, I just bought a gre 600 ,The place I got it from programed it a little .I had a uniden bct7 .alot diff. ha ha But I messing with it checking it out .got a heap error code 21cf21 : 21d6 .i need to know how to reset this . and what software do or anyone think i should use .i live on a rural farm in middle of north dakota ? thanks steve
