Greater London VHF TRS 152.825

I'm wondering if anyone has any insight into the VHF Trunking site in the Greater London area.

I found a Motorola Trunking System Control Channel on 152.825. It has the same System ID as the Greater London UHF system, 431e. I didn't see any TalkGroups or Users, no Affiliations and only 2 other channels.

It's the gateway for the police helicopter to communicate with the old metradio trunked system. Unlikely to see traffic now but possibly kept active for back-up?
