Whoever updated the statewide system, Groton fire is in New London County not Fairfield. Fairfield is showing green not trying to be a smart ass just wanted to let you know

Whenever a statewide system is updated it'll show up green in every county where a repeater or more resides regardless if said county itself sees an update. Expected behavior

I am a bit confused and I hope someone can explain this to me please. In the CT database, Fairfield county is highlighted in green indicating a change in that county. The rest of the 7 counties are not highlighted. I clicked on the highlighted county. The statewide CLMRN trunked system is...
