Hamburg Police Ch. 2

Last night 7/30/11 at Hamburg Blast on the Beach, they said they were switching over to Ch.2 for beach command. What is Hamburg police Ch.2?

They are currently using a frequency licensed to a local radio shop as both their channel 1 and channel 2. I did some searching last night and found their channel 2 on 464.000. I believe the tone is 123.0 also but that has not been proven. I'm sure these will change once their license is approved.
